A reservoir of water three times the volume of all the oceans has been discovered deep beneath the Earth’s surface. The finding could help explain where Earth’s seas came from.
The water is hidden inside a blue rock that lies 700 kilometres underground in the mantle, the layer of hot rock between Earth’s surface and its core.
Some geologists think water arrived in comets as they struck planets, but the new discovery supports an alternative idea that the ocean oozed out of Earth’s interior layer.

Of all the 3D movies Walt Disney Animation Studios has made, Wreck-It Ralph is the Magnum Opus, not Tangled or Frozen. Everyone is going on about how Frozen was so feminist because “Anna was saved by her sister instead of by a man.”, “Anna didn’t need a Prince Charming and didn’t get married like other princesses”, or that “it proves men are evil and manipulative” blah blah blah. I guess everyone forgot how Vanellope doesn’t even have a love interest. She didn’t pursue racing to be a princess, to impress a prince, or for love, she did it because she wanted to accomplish her dreams. She even fends off King Candy, the main antagonist who tries to get her destroyed. I mean, yeah Ralph is the one who truly destroys him, but it’s not common for an animated movie to show a little girl fighting an authority figure on her own. When she finds out she was a princess all along, instead of accepting it, she ditches the frilly dress for her casual clothes because being a princess isn’t who she is, she as herself is who she is and settles for the title of “President”. She’s more empowering than Anna, Elsa, and Rapunzel ever was and WIR was better than Tangled and Frozen.
Plus, she’s lived most of her life thinking she’s a mistake, a “glitch” in the system. And she still had enough resolve to continue fighting for her dream and didn’t waste any opportunity to achieve it.
